1. To be as available as possible to the Executive Team and the Board of Directors
2. To be as transparent in communication regarding agreed upon plans for our State Organization
3. To assist the Executive Team, BOD and Chairs in attaining their goals
4. To encourage all members to send in articles to the WBW editor in a timely fashion per our Calendar of Events notifications. 
5. To work with the National BPW in areas which will help our state organization, such as attending some of their committee meetings and encouraging our state members to send in articles to the National BPW, based on the specialty (such as medical articles to the Health Committee)
6. To assist, as needed, in completion of changing from a 501c6 to a 501c3. 
7. To assist, as needed, approval of our new state logo (as needed to be approved by National BPW)
8. To meet with local university Deans of Business in the exchange of information.
   1. provide information about our Young BPW group and the new Virtual Local
   2. their information regarding the student groups and their needs
   3. to design a BPW/WA ‘Education Forum’ for these groups regarding employment preparation (when to begin to monitor job openings, writing cover letters, writing resumes, writing proper ‘Thank you’ letters, mindset skills to boost a career, how to follow HR guidelines, etc).
      1. for us to speak at their university groups
      2. to encourage the students to join the Young BPW and Virtual group for a ZOOM presentation
   4. request their student leaders and or instructors to speak at any of our meetings on business information that is taught at the college level; pros and cons of going into a trade vs higher education after a high school graduation or a bachelors degree, things they teach at the college which is different than our ‘Education Forum’. etc.
   5. to work with the Chair of Young BPW, the Membership Chair and Dr Jo Naylor, National BPW Leader
